First off, once a new profile is added, the user should be prompted to download the settings/setup from the controller before it is useable.
2nd, if I was not touching EVERY part of the screen I would have NEVER seen that little icon at the top of the screen to download settings. This option should ONLY be placed in the profile setup area. Not on the main screen. Also, make it a text icon too, and easy to see (in Profile setup).
